Terms & Conditions
1. Subscriber Agreement
This Agreement governs your subscription to optical fiber broadband, IPTV, and telecommunication services provided by Dream Cable and Internet Services Private Limited (operating under brand name DreamFiber). By accessing or using the service, the customer agrees to abide by all terms herein.
2. KYC & Identity Verification
In adherence to mandatory Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and TRAI guidelines, subscribers must submit valid Government-issued Proof of Identity and Address (PoI/PoA) prior to service commissioning.
3. Installation & Equipment Ownership
The Optical Network Terminal (ONT/ONU) or Wi-Fi Router supplied by DreamFiber remains company property unless purchased outright. The equipment must be returned in undamaged working condition upon service termination to claim refundable security deposits.
4. Prepaid Billing, Currency & Taxes
All subscription plans operate on a prepaid cycle (1, 3, 6, or 12 Months). All prices and charges are denominated strictly in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST 18%) is levied on all billing transactions as per statutory Government of India regulations.
5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
High-speed data plans are subject to commercial Fair Usage limits (3,300 GB/month). Once the high-speed quota is exhausted, bandwidth continues at 2 Mbps until the next renewal.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Pune / Khed, Maharashtra.
