Dream Cable and Internet Services Private Limited collects subscriber identification, address verification, and contact records strictly for telecom service provisioning, accurate billing, and regulatory compliance under the Indian Telegraph Act and IT Act, 2000.
Payment Data Protection: We do NOT collect, store, or view complete card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords. All online payments are handled directly by RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption.
2. Confidentiality & Security
Subscriber records and network logs are safeguarded through secure HTTPS/TLS encryption, restricted staff access controls, and firewall systems. We do not sell or trade subscriber data with commercial third parties.
